Today, we came together to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the canonisation of St. Madeleine Sophie Barat, the founder of the Society of the Sacred Heart.
To honour this special occasion, a commemorative plant was planted beneath the Sacred Heart Cross. The plant will be a reminder of her enduring influence on our school and the values we strive to uphold every day.
The Ethos Committee led the ceremony, sharing some words about St. Madeleine Sophie’s life, her dedication to the education of young people, and encouraged everyone to carry forward her mission in our own lives.
