MAPS Family Fun Day: Celebrating Community and Funding Future Campus
Parents, pupils, families and friends of Mount Anville Primary School came together on Sunday 24th May for a wonderful sunny Family Fun Day filled with laughter, community spirit and plenty of entertainment. Organised by a dedicated parent committee, the event was a huge success and created a fantastic opportunity for families to connect outside the school environment.
The school grounds were buzzing throughout the day as children enjoyed games, activities, delicious food and outdoor entertainment. The DJ played upbeat music and the sun shone down all day. From fun inflatables and outdoor games to raffles and treats, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The event highlighted the strong sense of community within Mount Anville Primary School and the importance of bringing families together in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
A particular highlight of the day was the raffle, with Wise Little Owls generously sponsoring the grand prize of a €250 Dundrum voucher, which created great excitement among attendees.
The organisers would like to sincerely thank all of the sponsors whose generous support helped make the day possible:
The Family Fun Day would not have been possible without the hard work and enthusiasm of the parent committee and volunteers who gave their time to organise such a memorable event for the school community.
The organisers would like to extend a massive thank you to all the amazing volunteers who helped with the set up, running the stands and helping tidy up afterwards. A big thanks to all the inflatables volunteers and the Candyfloss Queens who had to manage in the heat! Special thanks to Claire Uibh Eachach for all her amazing posters and graphic design talents. Each person that gave their precious time is greatly appreciated, as without them, this event could not have been run.
Not only was it a great event, but an incredible amount of money was raised for the School’s CAMPUS PROJECT
€13,080.23
