Principal for the Day is a much-loved Mount Anville tradition and one of the most exciting opportunities for our pupils. Each year, one lucky girl gets the chance to swap the classroom for the Principal's office and experience what it is like to lead the school for a day! This year, Principal Robyn from 3rd class, took on the role of Principal for the Day and had great fun.
Robyn's busy day began with the signing of her official contract before she took on a full schedule of principal duties. These included meeting with the school secretary, addressing the school assembly and the new Junior Infants Parent Meeting, visiting all classes, meeting with the Student Council, taking her break in the staffroom, and greeting pupils and parents at the school gates.
Well done, Principal Robyn! You were a credit to yourself, your class, and the entire Mount Anville Primary School community.
