Over the course of the week we celebrated and participated in a range of activities to promote Irish language and culture. This included learning Irish music, dancing, art, drama and most importantly making that extra bit of effort to speak cúpla focal. On Wednesday everyone made a huge effort for our Lá Glas. We gathered together in Croí na Scoile and each class showcased their poems and songs agus bhí go leor amhrán agus dánta againn. Bhí an ghrian ag taitneamh as we marched for our parade in the front yard with the senior classes leading us in Amhrán na bhFiann.
