The school gathered on Friday last to celebrate St. Brigid whose feast day falls on the 1st of February.
Ms. Munro showed how to make the traditional Brigid's Cross using rushes.
Ms. Crosby's 3rd class led the prayer service to honour our Matron Saint. They asked for her blessing as the season of Spring begins and we all sang the song " We sing a song to Brigid".
The student council led us in mindful breathing and introduced the "Hearts together " initiative for Lent .
